Does TIG welding harm to worker?
Lot of people ask if welding is harmful to the workers,actually, more or less, it is yes,the TIG welding is more than 1000 degree and it melt the iron/steel in flash time,under such high temperature,radiation is unavoidable, so welding workers usually is 30+ and have some child,most of them will shift another job, futher, if the part is made by metal stamping with galvanized steel, this situation will be much heavier, zinc layor will be melted and emit in the air,so most welding workers will use industral fann to blow the zinc dust away, this will be much healthy,we make precision metal stamping parts since 1996 and most of our stamping parts like metal casing/housing/metal case will be TIG welded,so we have much experience about TIG welding,brass welding,etc.
